Synopsis

THE TOWN THAT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD When two crooks steal a vial of metal-eating gas, Superboy must prevent anyone from leaving Smallville until he catches the malefactors. THE PEN-PAL CRIMES Strange and seemingly worthless "gifts" sent to Superboy from Smallville school's overseas pen-pals lead the Boy of Steel to thwart three crimes in other nations. THE FAMOUS FIRST CRIMES! Humpty Dumpty breaks jail again and vows to embarrass Superboy by using famous "firsts" as a theme for his crimes.
